“Great store and customer service overall. My first ever return - it said 15-20 min wait after my ticket generated and I waited 53 minutes. Give yourself lots of time for exchanges or do express; there was only 1 person working the counter at 1:30 p.m. and the person ahead of me took 25 minutes and then the counter was empty as the sales person disappeared for 5 minutes ... Not sure if this is typical. While serving me he then discussed a shift change with another employee who walked in from the back. Maybe have a protocol to call someone else if there's a long line waiting or you need assistance processing a challenging return?”
