What a wonderful experience l had shopping at Zara! Was looking for a new outfit, new look and Zoran at the Mapleview location (Burlington) was so helpful! It was like having a personal stylist! He picked out several looks and encouraged me to give them a try! I was pleasantly surprised and ended up purchasing several outfits and shoes! He gave honest advice and suggestions and made the entire experience a fun one for a very reluctant shopper. Thank you Zoran! I truly appreciated your assistance!

I have a deep admiration for the brand, but I must express my concern about the lack of professionalism and ethics within the management. Generally, I'm not too bothered if I don't secure a job position, but the way the HR Manager handled this situation was incredibly ridiculous. The interview was set for 2 pm, and I arrived at 2:20 pm due to my mother being involved in a car accident earlier that day. While I take full responsibility for being late I couldn't help but wonder, how long does an interview actually take, usually 10 minutes at most? What truly perplexed me was that the HR manager didn't even consider rescheduling the interview. Instead, she bluntly stated, "I'm a busy person; you should look elsewhere." Are you the manager or the owner of the store? do I appear to have all the free time in the world, or do I come across as a joke to you? It made me question if they had any consideration for my situation. I even had rushed from the hospital to get here, all for what? To be told I should seek opportunities elsewhere? Are you in your right mind?? Also really upsetting how the HR manager never even inquired about my mother's well-being either, which seemed to lack basic human empathy. It's disheartening to see a decline in compassion and understanding as time goes on. This behaviour is truly disgraceful.?

I have shopped at Zara in many places in the world, the customer service is nonexistent, however the Mapleview mall Zara has to be by far the worst. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, this is the first time ever…but Zara you need to stop advertising for new employees with the “hiring horrible employees” title. It’s not because you can’t find good employees since the pandemic, this has been a constant issue for Zara.

Mom absolutely goes nuts when she checks out Zara. Totally sick fashion and great pricing. Man, shopping here makes me feel younger and trendy like hell ya.

Customer service is non existent. Staff will ignore and walk by you BUT 3-4 stars members will let you know “they are closing in 20 minutes”.Fitting room is awful. Cannot even ask for another size as staff is too busy talking amongst themselves. They act like you’re a burden to them even entering the fitting room area then repeat to each customer “bring the clothes back on the hangers”.

The evident lack of professionalism and accountability among the staff, coupled with their unwillingness to address legitimate concerns, raises serious doubts about the brand's values. In an era where consumers prioritize positive experiences and ethical standards, Zara's performance is sorely lacking.Considering my experience, I would caution others against supporting a brand that demonstrates such disregard for its customers and ethical principles. There are countless alternatives that value both their clientele and ethical integrity, and I will certainly be exploring those options moving forward.

Today is July 2nd big sale, only one cashier is working .customers spoke to the young manager he did nothing. At least you could run some transactions! Now he is intruptin the only cashier working discussing schedule etc...of course customers started leaving the lineup. One of them yelled good luck pepole in his way out

The management here must be horrific. Every single employee looks like they hate every minute working there and it shows. I’ve never seen a smile or any nice interaction. They are rude and abrupt. It’s enough to make me not shop here in general. Pretty disappointing. A smile goes a long way.

The lineup is always ridiculous and they make no effort to change their checkout process. If you're a busy location, fix it instead of watching customers scramble to pay and leave.

Poorest quality ever! Literally Worst than Walmart!! I bought a jacket for about a $100. Wore it couple of times, and it started to look very old and worn out. They would not return it!Do NOT buy from them!!!!!I wish I can give u guys ZERO star!!!Simply the worst, haven’t bought anything since then!

Some of the worst retail service at the mall - the queues to buy product are always long because there is usually only one or two people checking people out in the entire store. All other staff are either standing around or "stocking" product, which seems to be the most pointless endeavour since the store always looks like a hot mess. Compared with the online store, the selection is pretty terrible at this location.

With a line up of 5 customers, the clerk was taking returns, replacing the security tags and rehanging the product on a rack near by. Another staff member standing around doing absolutely nothing and did not acknowledge the number of customers waiting in line. Is that really what the store manager directed staff to do? It’s no wonder the shopping experience has gone to pot! Come on Zara! You can do way better!!

DEAR ZARA TEAM! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE!I visited Zara at Mapleview Mall in Burlington today. All the staff members were working so hard! I have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Despite a challenging workload due to after Christmas sale, they all were accommodating and kind.I felt ashamed of how we are making their job uncesseraly difficult. Seeing people dropping cloth from the hangers and not bothering to put them back saddened me. Is it so much to ask?I hope that my review moves at least a couple of readers and, in the future, we will be more respectful and appreciative.

The people who work at this location are often very unhelpful. You often feel like you are bothering them if you ask for help or sizes. The cash line is also always ridiculous. They have no urgency to be quick, no matter how many people are waiting in line. Management needs to do something about this.
