“Very happy with the service overall, with ONE complaint: the access roads to the storage units are always muddy, covered in slush, ice, etc: you really need to rebuild your roads and driveways. Every time I bring a vehicle in, it gets covered in mud. When I take boxes out of my car, they invariably get wet or dirty from your access roads if I put them down. Otherwise, the service is great.”
“Dust in the cab that was on the dashboard could be cleaned up and due to covid and other pandamic issues it would be great if the steering wheel could be sanatuzed or basically cleaned.The lady that helped me when renting the truck was very nice and took her time to provide excellent customer service. There were very vocal people that were rude but she took her time to help me. Very impressed”
