“Great experience renting a unit. Abdul was more than helpful in getting everything organized for me. I found the office staff to be friendly and courteous - very willing to accommodate my request for a specific size and location of locker in the building.
I really appreciate that there are dollies available to help move heavy items from the car to the unit.”

“We’ve had a very positive experience with Formula Storage. We’ve been using this facility for our work related storage needs, and it has been a great fit for us. From the beginning everything has felt well organized. The building is new & spotless and clearly maintained to a high standard which gives us confidence storing important items there. The climate controlled units are exactly what we needed to keep our equipment and materials protected year round. The entire facility also feels very secure, which is essential for our use. The staff have been consistently helpful and easy to work with, making move in and ongoing access simple and stress free. Overall, this has been a reliable and well run storage solution, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure, climate controlled facility for personal or work related storage in the area.”

“The lady who processed my reservation, her name is bubble. Very professional and accommodating. Helped us even when the system was down. Found us a solution to our problem in very quick time. She deserves a raise and promotion. Best customer service rep I have ever been in contact with.”
“Rajnit helped me make a decision of if I should use uboxes or storage, for now I’ll be renting storage. But she helped me figure out my next steps. I will be renting a one way truck to move my belongings after I store with U-Haul for a few months. I would’ve done ubox but I need to access units often! We love the help here”
