“I had major issues with my 2007 BMW 328xi. I brought it to a few different mechanics and they all told me the same thing: “Whoever was working on your car messed it up.” I had been going to a mechanic who claimed he knew what he was doing, but after about four years of trusting him, my vehicle ended up in really bad shape.
Fast forward to bringing it to Parolin’s — they worked on it for about a month and genuinely tried their best to fix everything. Unfortunately, in the end it was determined the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. Jake ended up buying that car and helped me get into another BMW with a lot more upgrades. I didn’t want to buy a new car, but I had to, and they made the whole situation so much easier.
What really stood out to me was how they treated me during the process. While I was getting the money together for the new car, Jake let me use a rental for a full month and didn’t charge me a penny. That level of help and honesty is rare.
I absolutely love the BMW I bought from them — it’s a huge upgrade from my 328xi, and they gave me a great deal. I’m very pleased with my purchase and with how professionally everything was handled. Parolin’s is officially my new mechanic, and I’ll be coming back for anything my car needs.
Moral of the story: don’t take a European/luxury vehicle to someone who isn’t certified or truly experienced with them. Some places will promise cheaper repairs, but it can cost you way more in the long run. Parolin’s may cost a bit more, but that’s part of owning a European car — and it’s worth it for the quality and peace of mind.

“I called Total with some work my GMC 3500HD needed and mentioned for refrance that some of the work had already been quoted by them a year earlier. They booked me in quick and also said they would honour the quote from a year ago. The work was completed the day it went in and the truck drove like a dream. On the way home with the truck a service message came up and a couple info screens were wonkey. I called them up, they said drop it off in the morning, after some diagnostics and a sensor tweek off I went with nothing asked from them other than a handshake and a smile.
