“I got control arms and alignment done on my 2011 Honda today. I was very happy with the quality of the work done and appreciated the time the owner took to let me know what to expect in terms of repairs and life expectancy of my car in the near future. The only thing I found disappointing was the sign said there would be a dog on site but the dog was not there. Other than that 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“We had traveled over 4 hours to North Bay. We just arrived, stopped to get gas, and our truck would not turn over! We tried to figure it out will some help from some by standers but to no avail. With 20 minutes until closing time, I was able to get a hold of St. Jean Auto Services. We towed the truck to the garage, with hopes it would be looked at early the next day as discussed. At 11 am the next day, we recieved a call that our truck was fixed after finding some faulty wiring, and we could pick up our truck. Without the kindness of the people at St. Jean's we would have been stranded. I cannot express our gratitude enough. 5 stars ?”

“I called Total with some work my GMC 3500HD needed and mentioned for refrance that some of the work had already been quoted by them a year earlier. They booked me in quick and also said they would honour the quote from a year ago. The work was completed the day it went in and the truck drove like a dream. On the way home with the truck a service message came up and a couple info screens were wonkey. I called them up, they said drop it off in the morning, after some diagnostics and a sensor tweek off I went with nothing asked from them other than a handshake and a smile.
