“I was really nervous about having my car looked at, as I knew I had a muffler leak and was worried other stuff was going on. I ended up having to get my whole exhaust replaced.
Diagnosis was no charge and I was told up front about the cost for replacing the muffler and catalytic converter; and work was not started until I agreed to the amount.
I appreciated the transparency and when I got a quote elsewhere the cost would have been more expensive at Mufflerman. Not to mention I now have a lifetime warranty on all parts and while this probably won’t happen again I do have comfort now knowing if this does happen again the cost will not be so bad.

“Top Class Service ! Man i stumbled upon these guys cause they were the closest shop for me to change the tires on my 2020 mustang gt . They waited and accommodated my timing with work to make sure i got my car in , once it was in they kept calling me and updating me to let me know what was going on , any concerns they had with it and confirmation to move forward on the job . Not only that but there was a small flaw with my rear brakes where it was binding and my rear brake lever was loose , somehow without me even mentioning that it came back fully fixed and working fine . He is, without question, one of the most experienced and exceptional auto detailers with a keen eye for detail. He always goes the extra mile making sure he wipes down all the door jams and remembers all of my special requests. His efforts never go unnoticed.
