“Right before the long weekend my truck broke down while I was driving close to RPMs shop. I pulled in right away and the guys at the shop dropped other things they were doing to help me get the truck back running. (Apparently ran out of transmission fluid causing the computer to put it in "limp" mode and not accelerating)

“Top Class Service ! Man i stumbled upon these guys cause they were the closest shop for me to change the tires on my 2020 mustang gt . They waited and accommodated my timing with work to make sure i got my car in , once it was in they kept calling me and updating me to let me know what was going on , any concerns they had with it and confirmation to move forward on the job . Not only that but there was a small flaw with my rear brakes where it was binding and my rear brake lever was loose , somehow without me even mentioning that it came back fully fixed and working fine . Truly a great and reputable shop . Family owned and Ethical people with great customer service. To the Family over at Klotzs automotive , you guys have just won a customer for life ! “I don't usually go to a car wash. I pick up my grand children once or twice a week and they are messy when eating or when their shoes have mud on them. I also have a dog that sheds hair like crazy. Although my Toyota is older I like to keep it clean so the time had come for a good cleaning. Suds did a great job on the car exterior and the interior looks pristine. I watched as the employees cleaned the interior, they worked hard to clean it up. I will be visiting Suds more often. I don't think photographs would do justice to the cleanliness of my car.”

“A bit of a late review ..(end of summer) but needs to be said … one day my son had an issue with his car at work & again on the way home …he works out of town so having a working car is paramount. I had called the garage right around closing time figuring it was likely to late and everyone was gone but I left a msg anyway …Dave called me back 20min or so PAST closing time to see what the problem was and was able to take care of it next day!
Great local garage, friendly reasonable and always willing to do what they can to help you out.
