Great day for my family. Had a defective hockey helmet for my daughter’s first day of skating tomorrow. Paris Canadian tire was not open. This location was. Christian and Dean were wonderful and got a new helmet for me and now I’m set.

Without getting too much into it, had an odd experience with a previously bought item, but the store manager made everything right. He is friendly, courteous, and listens to his customers. Outstanding person!!

Wanted to say how great the guys were at the Highland Plaza CT. I’m so impressed with their customer service .My tire lights came on. Needed air in one. I was greeted in the store and asked to get it checked at the garage area and topped up.They had me pull right in shop, checked pressure on all and filled up my back tire which was almost flat.No charge . Made my day ?
