“I went into the store today shopping for my son (who usually hates shopping) and had the BEST experience. The employees were all dressed in Halloween outfits, super upbeat, and even gave out stickers that totally changed my son’s mood. The girl with brown hair dressed as Frankenstein was amazing, so friendly, patient, and made us feel really welcome. The whole atmosphere was festive and fun, and for once my son actually enjoyed shopping. Hands down one of the most positive store visits I’ve ever had!”

However I am giving it 4 stars because of its adult section.
Now I can’t blame them for having the catalog that they do… But you hear all these crazy things about it... And all in all it was kind of disappointing.
It all feels very cishet-normative. Very standard TV idea of what “kinky” is.
I’ll spare the details but a more inclusive collection might attract a few more demographics’ interest.
Even adding something a little standard such as those little pink chastity cages or something similar to Bad Dragon’s products.”

“Beautiful place, clean and modern with a wonderful pond view. The music by the Zodiac Thriller ( vinil historian) was amazing. It gets you back in time. Relaxing and enjoyable.
The food was good , a bit pricy.

“Went in today june 25th and had an amazing experience with the two young ladies working. especially the shorter one with brunette hair. i love when i come in and get amazing customer service from that one lady. she’s always so helpful and kind. i rather shop at this location compared to kitchener just because of her ??”
“Had to purchase some semi-casual clothes. Couldn't find much as it had been picked over. It was very crowded when I was here. Clothes were on the floor, off the hangers, mixed in with other stuff. Not many staff members attend to the high volume of customers. Change rooms had a huge lineup. Only 2 cashiers were working? If you have more than 50 customers in the store, all registers should be open.
Prices are average, and clothing is last seasons style.”

She went out of her way to help my elderly neighbour find a pair of jeans and she even went next-door to Rickie’s so my neighbour could compare the different styles. She even was speaking to my neighbour by her first name, which was so personable. I just want to say how lucky you are to have her in your store. Thank you very much.”
