“This is my new favourite clothing boutique in the Kitchener Waterloo area. Everything from the design and layout of the store, to the beautiful brands they carry, and great customer attention is amazing! I used to travel to Stratford or Listowel or Toronto to find stores that carried brands like Gentle Fawn, Esprit and others. So happy to find that this boutique is carrying them in town! There are so many beautiful pieces in this store and the price point is reasonable. Also happy to support a local small business run by a mom and daughter team!”

“Wanted to leave a glowing review for Suzy/Suzie at the Conestoga Mall location of Bluenotes in Waterloo Ontario. She was so kind to help me out and even though it was the busiest time of the year, 2 days before Christmas and I could tell she was under the gun, she still took time to help me out with my exchange and helped me to source another pair of jeans that was equivalent to the cost of the original pair... she could have let me walk out having to pay more and instead was very accommodating! I am a highly satisfied customer and hope Bluenotes head office will give her the recognition she deserves, as I know how stressful it is to work in a retail environment like that. :) Thanks again for your help, Suzy!”
