“The zipper on my suede leather jacket I've worn for probably 50 years stopped working last week. Someone suggested that I take it to Discount Alteration. I took the jacket there and he looked at it, didn't say much, and then told me to be back at 3:30. He asked if I ever had it cleaned and I said I didn't. He gave me the name of a place to take it for cleaning. When I came back at 3:30 my jacket was finished with a new zipper. I am very pleased and will go back whenever I need tailoring.”

“The staff here were absolutely wonderful and so kind.
They saw me walking around with a digital circus plush and offered to show me the other digital circus stuff they had in stock. When I got to the register one of the employees told me they had some new plushies in the back that they had just received, and asked if I wanted to see them. I'm so happy and grateful they did, because I was able to get a Ribbit plush! They're sold out everywhere online, I was so excited when they brought it out!
