“I recently bought one of the best cabinets from Value Village, and I was so excited about my purchase. However, I was worried about how I would lift it and load it into my car all by myself. I just want to give a huge shout-out to the two male staff members who helped me. I don’t know their names, but they went above and beyond to help me lift and load the cabinet into my car. Their kindness, teamwork, and willingness to help made my experience so much better. Value Village truly values its customers, and these two employees are a perfect example of that ❤ I sincerely request management to recognize their hard work and consider giving them a raise. Employees like them deserve appreciation for the excellent customer service they provide. Thank you both for your amazing help”

“How dare anyone who hasn't had contact give their 2 cents on the cbc article - how dare you treat this organization any different than a social worker who takes a child out of an untrustworthy home. You have NO idea how hard it is for an organization to treat, care for, train and love a service animal that can be given to another family. They should be treated with respect and should be healthy. You have no idea what contract was made or the situation that led to a dog being taken away from a family - trust me, it is NOT done with no evidence. You see one side to a story and don't think - huh, they reclaimed a dog ? to take care of it properly - and don't question the family? How dare you all.”
