Value Village, a Savers brand, is a for-profit, global thrift retailer offering great quality, gently used clothing, accessories and household goods. With over 300 locations and 20,000 employees, Value Village comprises Savers (in the U.S. and Australia), Value Village (in the U.S. and Canada), Unique (in the U.S.), and Village des Valeurs (in Quebec).
It's getting less likely to find a cheap deal at value village. I would suggest supporting places you know the profits go to charity if you're going to spend this much.
