Forbes Hobbies is a cool, welcoming, and chill place with a good vibe. It is a great hobby shop for anyone interested in working on models and miniatures, such as model cars or Gundams. The business offers a wide selection of model kits and supplies, magic cards, and fair prices. It also provides unique services like 3D printing hard-to-find items.
The staff, including the owner, is consistently friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. They possess significant depth of knowledge on painting, preparing model kits, and airbrushing techniques. They are always happy to discuss projects, answer all questions, and offer great advice, generously sharing their knowledge with customers. The owner is known for being kind, going above and beyond to help fix items purchased at the store, and is also great at negotiating with regulars.
The atmosphere is comfortable, featuring seating where customers can sit at a table in the back. The owner is working on expanding a play room to host tournaments. While noted for a very dry sense of humour that some might find a little off-putting, it is also described as funny and part of the shop's character. Forbes Hobbies is a go-to place where customers feel excited to learn and supported, making it a valued small business for both newcomers and regulars in the hobby community.
Just had a few questions and they were more then helpful.

What a great shop. Came in on a busy Saturday and my kids were treated like royalty. It’s easy to support local businesses when they’re this good. Thanks Forbes!
