“Great experience. The staff answered all of my 11-year-old’s questions and even gave helpful advice on deck setup and play strategies. Super patient and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back with my other son. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent selection of various models (from beginner to experienced) and games. I brought my son, who became very interested in wanting to begin building models. The owner took his time to go over what was to be expected, what we would need and helped with what could be some tricky parts of the build. He was very knowledgeable and willing to pass it on. There was no pressure to purchase anything and ensured we only bought what we would need to begin. He made the complete experience comfortable, offered his assistance in the future if need be and made my son very excited to begin a new hobby.”

“I visited Michaels on Wednesday evening because I wanted to have a scripture framed as a gift for my son, but I was completely undecided about how I wanted it done. Cali was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, helpful, and genuinely took the time to walk me through the options and help me put everything together. She made the entire experience feel so easy and seamless. I’ve been to Michaels many times, but this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Cali was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that I was creating something really special for my son. I will definitely be back, and a big part of that is because of the way Cali treated me and the care she put into helping me create this gift. Thank you, Cali, for making the experience such a wonderful one!”
