Excellent service for my Samsung tv under extended warranty. Our extended warranty company has a contract with John's Electronics for diagnosis & repairs. John diagnosed the tv as not repairable and coordinated with the warranty company to a quick resolution of refund and looked after us very promptly.

I had some issue with my TV and I got it fixed in John's electronics at a very reasonable price. John is an amazing person and he loves to help his customers as much as possible.

Took a very old radio (approximately 75 years old) to John that belonged to my father in law who passed away 15 years ago. John was very fast in getting it fixed and back to me. Works perfectly now. Thanks so much John
