“Leaving work on a Friday I suddenly got a fast air leak in my driver side tire.
I was able to get it in to this parking lot just before it was completely flat.
At the time all 3 hoists were busy and the parking lot was full.
These guys got me in quick, and were able to put my spare on for me. They also swapped a tire and the charge was next to nothing. They were very friendly while helping me out.

“I walked into Latham‘s yesterday. I searched for days different dealerships I saw the jeep on the website & had my eye on a vehicle for a few days. Let’s just say I left with that vehicle not long after I drove it!! I am over the moon happy with it. I absolutely love it. It’s comfortable. It’s gorgeous clean it looks like a brand new vehicle inside and out Latham’s will have a reoccurring customer!! The customer service was absolutely spot on!! Tessa She was very cut and dry no BS. You asked a question. She delivered an answer right there and that was amazing!! They were very friendly and all staff were welcoming and now days that’s amazing! I am so happy that I Took a trip to the dealership to look for a vehicle! Yesterday was the first day I’ve ever stepped foot in that dealership, it was my first, but it won’t be my last!! “Words cannot express how thankful we are for Don Morrisey at Performance Plus!!! We just moved here from California and needed to have our car inspected for New York. Don squeezed us in the same day, but it was more complicated because our check engine light was on. We came back a couple of days later, expecting it to be around $300. But Don was able to fix the problem and get our inspection done for under $70! All this just before he was going on vacation with his family. The man is friendly, reliable and so very , very honest. We are so thankful to have found him.”

“An hour into my 5 hour drive, and after just crossing the international bridge into Ogdensburg from Canada, an odd noise starting thumping from the front left tire. Thought it was flat but all the tires were fine. Found Bradley's online and made it to garage. They drove the car, checked the wheel weights and then checked the lug nuts and they turned by hand. I had my winter tires switched out at Honda a couple of weeks before and turns out they didn't tighten the front left tire or any of the lock lug nuts on the tires. Mechanic tightened all my tires and was only going to charge me $10. I gave him more since it was a huge relief that I could get on the road again so quickly. Unfortunately, this is the third time in 2 years that something like this has happened between our two cars at Honda when switching out our tires. Very sad that I don't live in Ogdensburg since I would be switching mechanics to Bradley's Service Garage!! Now I need to find a new place in Albany as well since Honda has three strikes too many! Highly recommend the service at Bradley's Garage.”
“I had an issue with my driver side door I could not open it from the outside so I went to Monroe I talked with the manager Bob Bice he had his technician take apart my door panel and found that the mechanism was broken Bob then told me what part I had to order and showed it to me on his phone so I ordered the part when it came in I took it over and Bob made an appointment to get it put back into my car his technician put it back in and it worked fine but after a little while it started sticking so I went out the next day and talked to Bob again he made me an appointment for the next day to have it adjusted he said that should be all it would take Bob has been good to me I have taken my car there many times before and will continue to do so in the future”

“We really appreciate Chris for all his help with our car rental. We flew in for a graduation but unfortunately some clients caused a bit of confusion regarding their rental which delayed us. However Chris handled the situation exceptionally well and went out of his way to help us get our rental. The most incredible part was on our return we were a bit stuck getting to the airport since we couldn’t find any taxi service from the shop but Chris came to get us and took us to the airport on his day off too! We are very grateful and will definitely use your service again when we return! Thanks again Chris and God Bless!”

“Called first thing in the morning Today about getting a quote to fix my exhaust leak. Was told he could take a look at it that same afternoon, upon arrival i was greeted by a woman and a younger man (assuming Gary’s son) he came to grab my car keys, after a few minutes Gary came back to tell me it was an easy fix and would only take him 30 mins and a low cost if i had the time!
So of course, being a young mom to a 5 month old baby whom i had with me, and considering i wasn’t even expecting to be able to get it fixed today. i jumped on that right away as the leak is so embarrassing and my car needs to be in good shape for my precious cargo in it! And 30 mins is all it took!! My car went from
being extremely loud, hearing me from miles away to now quiet and a much calmer car ride!
I am extremely impressed and appreciative of this service today and will definitely be returning!”
