I have a temporary license and health card right now because my ID’s expired and the Canada Post strike has delayed me receiving my photo ID’s, I went to purchase cannabis and was refused entry at the door. When explaining my situation to the manager or someone who claimed they were the manager (Jason or Justin i believe) they refused to acknowledge my unfortunate temporary predicament, not only did he choose not to sell to me, he went above and beyond telling me no other weed store would (an absolute lie). I have been buying from every other store in town since this debacle and still I am waiting for my official photo ID’s as of this review well over 2 weeks after this incident. I offered to show multiple forms of ID that I had on me but he refused to acknowledge their legitimacy even though they are 100% legal forms of ID. After this he continued to hassle the next few customers entering the store (all well over 30) because he assumed they were going to illegally purchase weed for me. It was a belittling experience and something I feel was totally uncalled for, I am all for following the rule of law but unfortunately this employee was on a power trip and refusing to see how his behaviour was unbecoming of someone who works in customer service and sales, making purchases from this establishment changed from a simple run of the mill experience into a stressful and complicated belittling experience, haven’t been back since

AMAZING PLACE, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!:) highly recommend, they took their time to help me find exactly what I needed. They even helped me with the prices and choices. They weren’t in a rush, and they were very polite and respectful. They have so many things, and so many great options and lots of tasty treats if you like edibles?? highly recommended you should check the store out!! Emily was great and helped me get everything i needed

I have never had a bad experience here! The staff are always super nice and great to talk to. I have been to lots of dispensaries in the past but none of them are better than this one. (If you are the store owner give the staff a raise because they really are what makes me keep coming back!)

Staff are very amazing and friendly! They usually have everything I buy in stock and I've always had an amazing experience here. Good job tweed! Please don't change the name lol
