I stopped in to ask some questions briefly and could not have been more offended. The pharmacist spoke down to me, was incredibly condescending and when she wasn't busy being rude she was busy ignoring any of my follow up questions.
She is dismissive and rude, the only thing more fake than this women's face is her attitude which is cheap and arrogant.
I will NEVER return to this pharmacy and I suggest you pass over it too. Go to a pharmacy with professional accountability.

We were vacationing in Carleton Place and forgot some medication back home. We contacted Mona and she was immediately helpful and enthusiastic. She went above and beyond, something you will not experience at a big corporate pharmacy.

Just picked up the antiviral medication for covid treatment which is very difficult to find these days. I'm really impressed by the attention to detail when the Pharmacist explains the dose, etc. Now I understand why this Pharmacy got all 5-star reviews and they really deserved it. Thanks for serving the community and keep up the amazing work, folks!

Mona is professional and always goes beyond to provide the best care for my family. From the first time I called her to transfer my prescriptions from out of town to regular refills. When the medication I need is on back order, she proactively communicates with my doctor via fax to find the best replacement for me. She’s on PharmaConnect which is a big plus for me and super convenient. Thank you Mona.

Mona is the most caring and compassionate pharmacist I have ever met. I pick up my sister meds for her because she has advanced Parkinson . No matter how busy she is she will always stop and ask how she is doing.GOD BLESS MONA. We are lucky to have her in our lives.
