We had the best service today. The service rep was so helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend going in to see them fir all your phone needs.

I changed over my service to Koodo and Telus about 3 weeks ago. I was assisted through this process by Ahmed in store and Rahul for installation. Both were very helpful, courteous, and very easy to work with. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I did have a small issue when I received my first bill and was able to quickly reach Kudo and my issue was resolved immediately with one phone call. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. My internet service with Telus is excellent and I haven't experienced any issues at all. Koodo for my phones is okay though I have experienced dropped calls regularly. However, I am still satisfied because of the pricing.

I started with Koodo 2 months have had nothing but problems. First they set me up fine but than I received a camera in the mail. A camera i never asked for. When calling the help line was son home 30 min before I spoke ro someone. Then the woman had the audacity to tell me the camera was activated even though it was still in box. Sge Argued with me and had asked for the product. I td her NO i did not. Asked dor manager . 10 minutes on hold for manager my TV stopped streaming. She had turned ofd my services. Once i got the manager Brian I told him that the young woman was arguing with me about a product I did not order and now I have no tv???? He corrected the TV problem and gave me credits for the problem. Think it's over NOPE!!! June 2 my ohine gets disconnected doe non payment. Bi says $368.00 remember I only started with them in Marxh and had paid $ 269
00 already. I go to store dor the 4th time to fix these issues and see why I am disconnected. After 1.5 hours In store finally for customer service to fix bill. I owed 167 for the month of June only. Sooooooo many problems not worth it,

I bought a new phone at the Carleton Place Telus yesterday afternoon. We were shuffled from one employee to another. In the end, we arrived home to find out they had used data on our phone to transfer the contents from my old phone to my new phone. I don't have a data plan on my phone. (I don't need it . I work from home and use my wifi.) They should have used the store's wifi since the plan I signed up for was one without data. I am not happy with the $50 data bill that was waiting for me when I got home. We were happy with the stores choices and I am happy with the phone they recommended.

We updated our phones and struggled with the process. We visited Telus, in Carleton Place, 4 times before we had both our phones completely changed over. The service was excellent and the staff were very patient with our lack of tech skills.
Special shout out to new staff member, Ahmed, with whom we had an excellent customer service experience, on two of our visits. Thanks for the help!

I visited this location because I had the black screen of death and was looking to compare 3 models. All the staff seemed to be fairly new, they were talking about their training. When I inquired about the third device I didn't see on the line up, I asked about it, and both new girls went and asked their supervisor what to do in this scenario. She told me she wasn't going to look up the other name of the model ( because I couldn't recall what it was, and I couldn't use my phone to do it myself ) and that they are Telus ( not Best Buy where I saw the other device - they are all Samsung devices Telus carries) and told me to go elsewhere. I walked out and headed to Kanata Telus where I was helped by a very busy store ( worth the wait ) and they had all 3 devices I was interested in looking at on their display and very willing to help.

I've dealt with Koodo/ Telus for a number of years now, this is the closest location to where I live now...I went there to replace a cracked screen protector...they were very busy when I arrived, nobody really acknowledged me when I entered, even though I had to present a photo ID to enter the premise...I helped myself , walked to the display and looked for my phone's model in the section for screen protectors..I didn't see mine, I politely asked one of the clerks after a few minutes ( I didn't want to interrupt ), and she said they had one( newly arrived stock is what I understood ) that had come in when I specifically asked for my model. They needed to add it to inventory before it could be purchased and there was only one staff member that seemed to know how to do that. I WAITED CLOSE to an hour when they finally cleared the tasks in front of me. I knew it would be a while, I told them I didn't mind waiting. Finally after 45 minutes they finally double checked the new stock and there was NO screen protector that they had said was there. Based on what the clerk told me I chose to wait, the time lost is not the issue, the issue is the bad information given to me that I based my decision on ....I wont deal with this location again...they certainly looked like idiots that can use proper training... They certainly didnt provide reliable service in this instance!

Terrible service, Calls constantly dropped. Messages undelivered. Customer service sucks. Contacted Telus and they said there is nothing that they can do. We will cancel as soon as we can and go with a different provider!

Terrible place to shop will never go back. Removing both my phones from Telus/Koodo and taking my buiness elsewhere. Also I have to give them one star just to post but they do not desereve it.

I have cash I want to buy a cell phone there's a price on the cell phone that I want $900 no term tell us refused sell this to me and told me that they do not sell any phones out right the only way I can get a phone from them is if I sign up for a contract this seems predatory and I will be contacting the crtc
