I’ve dealt with many banks all over the world, and I have to say Scotiabank is hands down the best. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable, and especially this young lady in the photograph.

I usually have a good experiences at this branch, but I’ve just had the worst ever. The guy I was dealing with has know idea why I was upset. He call his boss in to “talk to me” ! They need sensitivity training for young staff members. as a bank overall, not helpful, inconvenient hours yet you need to go to the branch for most things( can’t help you over the phone) they do not answer the phone at the branch. And take forever to call you back, if they ever do call back.

I have been trying for an hour to be able to speak to a person at this branch as I'm wondering if you have received my new credit card issued? It is absolutely outlandish nonsense with your automated phone system that we can't get through or if we do this the system says 20 minutes or more waiting period. UPDATE YOUR PHONE SYSTEM !!

I called up ScotiaBank to get some help on my iTrade account. Specifically I told them I needed help with some forms to make some transfers. I was told by 2 separate people at ScotiaBank that the branch could help me with these iTrade issues. In fact they both offered to make an appointment for me. I did make an appointment and drove 30 minutes from my home to meet with them. The first thing they told me was that the branch could not help me with anything on iTrade (which they own 100%). Terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time. I will be transferring my business to another bank. No wonder branches are closing up across the country when they offer customer service like this.

I guess most people came here for banking.. but when i was here the bank has closed and the main reason is because i’m here to charge my car. Thank you so much Scotiabank to have this setup right at the gateway to Ottawa/Kanata. The charger has only 20-21kW as a type 3 charger so I consider this is a slow one. Price is charged by connection fee plus per minute rate. It was not easy to find as google map would direct you to the street which the bank is located but the charger is actually behind in the parking lot of the bank. Nice town which I had a stroll around here for an hour although there wasn’t much to do...
