“The staff and pharmacist were truly amazing. I walked in looking for apple juice because my sugar had dropped and I wasn’t feeling well. The pharmacist immediately came to my side, asked thoughtful questions, and used her knowledge and expertise to take care of me properly. Instead of just giving me juice, she also handed me a protein snack to help stabilize my sugar for a longer period.

“I’ve only ever used Shoppers other than this place and I can say very very easily that it’s a million times better than Shoppers. They are always kind enough to call and ask questions when it comes to cheaper options because I don’t have medical benefits. Shoppers would never do that. And they are also very quick to fill prescriptions instead of me hanging out at shoppers for an hour and a half for some reason.”

“Friendly and caring staff , they can be very busy at times so you may have to wait for your medication if you are randomly picking it up without calling ahead but believe me they are working as fast as they can . They also cater to one of the BEST opioid addiction clincs that I have ever been to and I've been to at least a dozen, it's called R.A.A.M (Rapid Access to Addiction Management) I think ..my apologies if I named it wrong . Based out of Oakville and have site all over Ontario just like at McKnights Pharmacy. The best part is if you book your clinic meeting you are almost guaranteed to have no wait time to get into there office for the FaceTime doctor portion of your visit.”

“Gotta say, this review is a long time coming.
I've been with quite a few different pharmacies in the past (most of them shoppers drugmarts, some independents), and... none compare to this place. The staff are amazing. They're competent, they're fast, they're super friendly, their communication with my doctor is seamless. I love them.
It just blows my mind how easy it is to refill my monthly prescription. I don't have to play any variation of phone tag! I don't have to babysit the communication between doctor and pharmacist! Nothing gets lost! I just call them up for my refill, and they ask when I can pick it up!
Hell, my prescription has had plenty of manufacturers backorders, and everytime these folks were right on the ball helping me out (without me even needing to ask, they were able to switch me over to a different brand! Do you know how many calls I would have had to make between doctor and pharmacist, when I wasn't with these folks? So many. So many phone calls and follow ups.)
