We were given every explanation under the sun, including blaming grocery crates for noise. We even went to the dealership, and it went nowhere.
These mechanics listened, took us seriously and test drove the car multiple times until they found the issue.
I also felt completely respected as a woman, which unfortunately isn’t something I’ve experienced everywhere.

“Great service and lovely staff! Called at 4:30 because my tire had a slow leak and I needed it fixed, they told me I could come right away. They took it in, got it fixed and sent me on my way all within just about an hour. Even had a nice chat with the man at the front desk while I waited! Definitely come here if you have any problems”
