“I was referred to RR auto through a colleague based on their experience. Needless to say my experience has been excellent as well!Rob and team are honest, meticulous and patient even during their busy schedule.Finn is the newest member of the team and makes you forget all the problems.I had an upcoming long road trip and my check engine light was on and the vehicle made a 'thud' sounds when turning because of rear diff issues.Rob accommodated running diagnostics on a busy day and assured, I could drive no problem and can get it fixed after the trip.Upon return they went over the issues with the vehicle and noted down what needs immediate attention and things that can wait and provided an estimate. There were some unforeseen issues that came up during repair that needed extra work and the final bill was a little over the estimate as expected but not exorbitant like some dealers would try to charge.My only critic would be that appointments have to be made days or weeks ahead and you will probably need to follow up about any additional work that came up during the appointment, but that's probably just because of the sheer volume of work on their hands right now.I have found my go-to auto experts and will be a returning customer.”
