If it wasn't the only grocery store in town, i wouldn't shop here. I moved here in December and every transaction here has been stressful. Inaccessible for folks with mobility needs. You cannot fit a wheelchair through the checkout aisles. Every time i have tried to purchase at the deli they are out, and the food on display has already been earmarked by other staff and is not for sale. The automatic doors have been broken for months. When escalated to a supervisor, all concerns were brushed off as an irate customer instead of a person whose needs aren't being met by the only place to get groceries within 100 km.

I'm a wheelchair user and was told I should be lucky the store has one accessible aisle. This aisle was closed. This was said by assistant manager.
The exit door handicap button has been broken for months. I need help if I just want to exit the store.
