Save yourself the time and use a different branch, or even better, switch banks entirely. What a joke!

Very dirty and feels unsafe. They welcome and alow anyone in to lotter while you’re trying to use the ATMs. This CIBC will sign you up for credit cards that you verbally declined and then mail it to you anyway.
And their teller Jasmine and Zarina are very rude and unprofessional.
