About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
The TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM offers a mixed experience for customers. Despite technical difficulties, the staff are praised for their friendly and helpful approach, with one employee in particular, Rajh, receiving high praise for his clear communication and personable manner. However, the drive-thru ATM has been a source of frustration for some, with a glare on the screen making it difficult to use. The branch itself is described as having a sleek and modern appearance, and is seen as a reliable banking option, especially in comparison to other institutions. While the overall service is commended, there is a desire for improved ATM functionality, particularly for after-hours transactions.

Despite having technical difficulties on the day of my visit, I appreciated the staff waiting in the vestibule to inform clients personally of what was going on and what to expect. Fortunately I was able to have my needs taken care of despite the interruption in software issues.
