“I had an outstanding experience at the Winners/HomeSense location in Chatham and wanted to give a big shoutout to Lindsey and Kelley for their exceptional customer service.

I had bought a pair of earrings from the Windsor location, and unfortunately, they broke after just four days. To make matters worse, they were final sale, and I no longer had the receipt or tags—just the original box. I honestly thought I was out of luck.

When I explained my situation to Will, the manager, he was incredibly understanding and told me to bring them in anyway. Once I arrived at the Chatham store, Lindsey and Kelley went above and beyond to help me. Despite the earrings being final sale and me not having proof of purchase, they worked with me and issued a gift card.

I was blown away—most places wouldn’t have done anything under those circumstances, but they truly went the extra mile. That kind of customer care is rare these days and deserves recognition.

Thank you again to Lindsey, Kelley, and Will. Because of you, I’ll definitely continue shopping at Winners/HomeSense with confidence!”

“We went to Giant Tiger in Chatham, cause it's a bigger store offering more choices. We were looking for scrub outfit bottoms with a cuffed leg. Found a couple pairs, plus picked up some great grocery items. Raisin bread was $3, salads were under $2, and the 710 mls x6 diet coke were $3.99 always great prices at Giant Tiger. Located with mall parking and accessible to wheelchair and close wheelchair parking. ( Prices vary week to week, so watch for your Wednesday flyer)”

“Easy to locate. Lots of free parking and is wheelchair accessible. Reasonable prices. Lots of Christmas decor and gift/stocking stuffer ideas. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.”

“I was there to purchase a 3/4" Tool tech firm grip shallow impact Socket set-SAE on sale for $69.99. They only had a Metric set on the shelf, so I inquired and the lady at the checkout said they have 3 pkg available. Another lady walked me back to the location and scanned the tag with her phone. A moment later, she told me to check the highest shelf, and sure enough there was a S.A.E. set there. I thanked her, and checked out. Peavy mart has lots of parking, and a store for everyone, with bird feeders, suet, and suet feeders, garden hose products, assorted clothing for the working ppl, a great selection of tools, and air compressor products.
Over a year a go I purchased a Viper, which is an Earthworks product. A walk behind trimmer, which works great on all weeds, and some small brambles. They have lots of mulch, lawn fertilizer, and decorative products for every yard. They have brooms, shovels and nuts and bolts, and washers. They have it all plus weed control, animal feed, and welding products.
