Downtown Chatham Centre, now known as One Hundred King, is undergoing exciting changes and growth. While the variety of stores is still expanding, there are big plans for a new food court, more retailers, and restaurants, showing strong community investment. Currently, the mall features stores like Hart Store, Dollararma, and Charm, with friendly staff and managers making positive changes to help the mall thrive again. Although some stores have closed, the mall remains clean, easy to navigate, and offers items for basic needs such as clothing, food, and accessories. Visitors have found good deals, like pet beds at great prices. Despite concerns about the mall feeling somewhat empty and the loss of historic architecture, there is hope for revitalization. The community is optimistic about the future, with new developments and investments promising an even better shopping experience ahead.
Had to take my son to his doctors appointment upstairs. It's a nice place to come in and relax but sad to see alot of the stores are gone now but hoping it will grow again to like it was before.

Neat photo op for tourists. I'm hoping for more attractions coming soon to the mall.
