I am a handicapped individual that uses a walker.I needed a few items today, would normally go into the store but the weather was not very good. I called the store to have a delivery. “My mother is a shut-in and the pharmacy is great with her. Al S., the delivery driver is absolutely the best. He knows my mom by name. My mom is very physically disabled. Al calls ahead when he is on his way so she has time to unlock the side door ( the front door is a fall hazard for her). Al knocks then goes in as agreed to . I have watched him on camera as he interacts with my mom and he is exceptionally kind. In this day with so many seniors wanting to stay in their home against some tough odds in terms of health supports, Al is exactly what this group needs. A caring, responsive and kind delivery person.”
