“I'm so grateful for the staff at Brady's! I've moved 6 times in the last 15 years (changing pharmacies each time), and I can confidently say that Brady's is the best pharmacy I've ever worked with. The staff are kind, caring, and go the extra mile to take care of their patients. They always remember who I am, are responsive (and quick!) to questions and requests (whether email, phone, or in person), and they have gone out of their way more than once to help me with issues on my doctors' side to ensure I don't have gaps in my medication regimen. I have several chronic illness that leave me disabled, and its such a relief to have a competent and caring team managing my extensive medication list and supporting me through changes. I could no recommend them more!!!! Also worth mentioning that when I first moved to the area, I started at Shoppers and had a few bad experiences that led me to switch- I'm so glad I did! They are more affordable and infinitely better.”
