“Same as other big box store,a little smaller. Price comparison about the same. Recently renovated. Like other big box store staff not friendly, seems to be norm for stores now a days.”
“Former Downtown Chatham Centre. Now One Hundered King is on the verge of something amazing. While the variety of stores is still growing, there are big plans already underway for a brand-new food court, new retailers, and even potential restaurants. This kind of investment is absolutely incredible for Chatham and shows real commitment to the community. Huge congratulations to the four investors who are driving this project forward for the people of Chatham, exciting times ahead! The stores that are currently here (Hart store, dollararma, Charm etc) are great and the staff and managers are amazing. Lynn the manager here is making great changes for the mall and I'm exctied to see the place thrive again.”
“Traffic patterns are terrible but ample parking. Just the entrances return traffic lights to get in and out of this place, corner of two busy roads and it's crazy getting in and out of here. Other than that no complaints. Speed bumps aren't horrible and there's cart corrals spaced adequately and convenient. Lot has been kept up over the years but breaking down in spots. Nice views of the river park across the street. If you want to go for a quiet wander around the river park sidewalk this is a good spot to park your vehicle as there's two crosswalk and stop lights on the west end. There's been some terribly deep potholes at times with delivery trucks and high traffic useage, but they're usually marked by options and soon taken care of and filled. The stores are all heavily trafficked here so expect parking lot traffic to be busy. Structures are kept up and sidewalks always salted and cleaned. As far as shopping malls go, this is one of the best in Chatham. Best grocer's Mercato has me returning often. The Canadian Tire is BUSY! So watch for pedestrians and pay attention when you're a pedestrian. Only four stars due to the busy roads and popularity make this a more stressful place to visit and get in and out of (traffic). Plus the potholes can be huge for to transport truck traffic. You can't win them all, there's sheets going to be room for improvement. It's a good man to shop at. Great hot dog and sausage cart in front of Canadian Tire store entrance. ?”
