“I needed to talk to a pharmacist about Paxlovid. After trying to reach multiple pharmacies in the area (Shoppers, Rexall, Loblaws, OneHealth), both by phone and online (make an appointment), I was getting nowhere. I called Bowen's Pharmacy because they were on a list of pharmacies participating in the Paxlovid program, and got a pharmacist on the phone who gave me all the required information and did the assessment. The first person to actually respond and have the information!”

“Came to this location at a time when I needed a lot of specific medication assistance. My old pharmacy had no interest in helping to guide me. The ladies here were all so patient and helpful, it meant more at that time than they will ever know. Everyone is extremely personable, remembers their patients and treats you like you are their family. They all treat my whole family so warmly.”
“Today, I walked in with the worst heartburn I've experienced in a long time, looking to purchase a bottle of Rolaids as I was out of my usual prescription medication for acid reflux. Unfortunately, they were temporarily out of stock. But the pharmacist, a lovely, kind-hearted woman, I guess seeing that I was in discomfort, said to me, "I won't let you leave like this," and proceeded to give me a dose of a medication for heartburn. For the life of me, I can't remember the name of the medication, but I can tell you, I didn't feel any heartburn for the rest of the day. Worked beautifully! So, I'd like to thank her again for her kind generosity.”
