I actually travel all the way from Etobicoke to use this pharmacy, even though my doctor is in Markham and it’s completely worth it. Raju goes above and beyond with his follow-up phone calls and thoughtful reminders when my medication is running low, which I truly appreciate. That level of care makes a huge difference.

“My parents have always had positive experiences when dealing with this pharmacy. The owners and their staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about their clientele. Recently my mother was prescribed a continuous glucose monitor to manage her diabetes and Toni was kind enough to teach me how to apply it and interpret the results, which is not an easy task for someone who is not technologically inclined! She also taught me how to use a glucometer which we use as an adjunct to double check her sugars when they are very high. This afternoon her GP sent in a last minute prescription for antibiotics. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to pick it up before closing but Cindy told us she’d keep the store open until we came because it was important to treat the infection in a timely manner. Although we made it with a bit of time to spare, I really appreciated her kindness and work ethic. I’m so grateful that my parents chose Uptown as their pharmacy!”
