Scott is an honest person, he has even helped me out with repairs on the car that would have cost me thousands of dollars because it was a Toyota and he gave me an option that only cost me a few hundred for the same repair. He is up front. Sometimes things change sometimes jobs take longer than what they should and they fall way behind because he always likes to get your job done, so if you're told to come in and you drop your car off on this specific date and it doesn't get done that day most times it's because of the jobs that were ahead of you. I don't throw a fit because of that kind of stuff I understand. It's very rare that the job costs more than what he'll tell me sometimes it does because parts aren't the price that he thought they would be but he does not want to bring them in because he knows you still have to get the car repaired.
