“I’ve just completed my first 8 week program with coach Kirstin, and I could not be happier with the results. The knowledge and attitude that she brings to every workout is unmatched. She knows exactly how to tailor each exercise to target lagging muscles, and build them up to achieve the strength and mobility that’s needed for the day to day stuff, as well as a more “active” lifestyle.
I also had the pleasure of working with coach Matt for a few sessions, and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his training process too.
