Excellent customer service. I remained very patient and knew the problem would be fixed. It took almost 1 hour and we did it. Of course we laughed about it later. I highly recommend the Bell store on Hurontario street in Collingwood.

They truly went above and beyond making sure we were on the best plans Rogers could offer and clearly walking us through all the details so there were no misunderstandings.
While we didn’t work directly with the other staff, everyone in the store seemed engaged, friendly, and eager to help. It’s not always easy to find great customer service these days, but this team absolutely delivers.”
