Just had the best experience with Jim at the Telus store in Collingwood. His chill demeanor made picking a new phone and plan a breeze. He went above and beyond in helping my daughter and I upgrade and setup her new phone. I love having Jim help us when we visit Telus! Thank you, Jim!!

Jazz is an amazing staff member at the Collingwood Telus store. No matter what problems I bring with me , she always listens patiently with a cheerful smile and then goes above and beyond to make sure everything is resolved. I can ‘t thank her enough for all of her understanding and help.
