We’ve had terrible customer service experiences with another provider lately and were looking to switch. From our first phone call looking for information and throughout our whole sign up process, Jazz was amazing and so thorough. She explained all options for us well and was very efficient. Our experience with her has changed our view on phone providers and I think Telus is very lucky to have her.

I just had the best experience I have ever had with a phone provider. Today I visited collingwood Telus to change phone plan which normally is super stressful. Jaz helped me out, she is amazing at her job and really made the process quite simple. I felt very informed and comfortable the entire time! I would strongly recommend you go to Jaz for all your Telus and Koodo needs, she is highly educated and just an absolute pleasure to be around!Thanks again Jaz from Collingwood Telus!

I went to this store today Oct 7. Door was locked rang doorbell and was asked to see ID for what to enter a store. No authority to ask for ID to enter a store. Ridiculous

They basically told me they needed to see ID because I might steal from them.I've been a koodo customer for about 11 years, but they wouldn't let me in the door without treating me like I was going to run off with an armful of electronics.Other stores don't need to see photo ID at the door to get in, it's a ridiculous policy, and it's disrespectful to just assume that I would steal from them.

Telus is now locking door and requiring I'd to enter....ridiculous my bank dosent even require this , I think they have forgotten customer service is key!

My 4g LTE data connection was so slow that a radio player app couldn't load and an ookla speed test app wouldn't load either. I called koodo and arranged a call back then spoke with (self identified as) Edward from koodo customer service. He didn't know why i was receiving 3g when I was paying for 4g LTE and my speeds were almost negligible so he transferred me to tech support which is TELUS. I spoke to the rep(self identified as)Adrian. He made a suggestion to try for after we disconnected and he said he would call me back in 1 hour to ensure his suggestion fixed the issue. He never called me back. UNRELIABLE

Not very impressed. Due to my koodo callback ringing for over 30 minutes and no one picking up, I had to go in to an actual store as there was an add-on that I couldn't take off online (still don't know why, no one would explain why) and when I first walked in the lady quickly dismissed me after I said only a couple words and said she couldn't help because I was a pay-as-you-go customer, and I clarified, no, I'm monthly. She said oh, in that case she could help and after 10 minutes of going over the situation and "solving" it, said the add-on had been taken off. Well, I get my bill this month and no, the add-on was never taken off. I ended up actually getting a callback through today and the person told me on that day I went in, someone had unsuccessfully tried to take the add-on off. So essentially this lady tried, couldn't do it for whatever reason and then lied to me so I'd leave. Such poor service and I'd leave koodo but I'm moving out of the country soon and will just be ending their service anyways.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro yesterday and Michael was the gentleman that facilitated the transaction. He was extremely helpful and made my experience completely stress free. I have been with Telus for almost 20 years and this is the kind of service that makes me remain a loyal customer.
