Wonderful service! Was going to send a cell phone to my brother in France. The UPS rep explained all the various French import requirements, potential astronomical duty and taxes, etc. This woman took the time to explain everything to me. Incredible customer service!

The Collingwood UPS Store has been ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS with my shipping needs for my move back home to Vancouver Island! The fast, helpful, friendly and extremely efficient service has been amazing in this chaotic time for me. They definitely don’t seem like they want to be there. Extremely rude demeanour, zero customer service and just angry. I get it, the world is at a different place in time but judging by the many negative reviews, this has been going on for a long time.Sad…

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I came in (I will admit, quite upset) to find out about a package that was supposed to be delivered to my home address. Now, I understand that UPS Stores are independently owned but I wasn't getting anywhere trying to contact UPS from their 1-800 number.Fran was very helpful and patient, made a few phone calls and my problem was solved - she arranged to have my package delivered to the store the next day. Her calm demeanour and assistance helped resolve the problem (and she made me laugh before I left). I will definitely return to this location - the atmosphere is amazing!

Quite taken a back from the service I received from a lady there. The words "We are not a UPS store" came out of her mouth. May I suggest changing the sign, the name of your store and the branding plastered all over the walls? She backed away from me as I asked her questions and quite dismissive in her answers. This is my second time coming to the store and the first experience was not much better than the one I just had. Whatever trauma has happened to the people working there during the pandemic must have cause this type of behaviour. However, the reviews show I am not the only person who found the customer service atrocious and something should be done.

This store is so much more than just shipping solutions. I've found it able to handle any business solutions and the staff are wonderful. They are a part of this community and I always feel at home when I visit.It is still the great place to visit that it has always been. Through the UPS store I've made money with my hobby, I've gotten new jobs, and I've made great connections.

Sadly, they do not stand behind their services. We paid extra to have a package sent by a certain time from Collingwood to Toronto, and it showed up many hours later. When we complained they told us that it was delivered on time which was an absolute lie. I saw it delivered 4 hours late. The response from the owner was sorry - no refund for the extra fees paid to get it shipped earlier. Maybe the delivery service lied to them (not always UPS delivers for them - the package was delivered by a Canada Post truck), but they should stand behind the services they sell and have a proper way to actually track that it is delivered on time. They should also believe their customers. The UPS Store charges additional fees over and above what the delivery service does, so they are already charging customers a premium. An absolute fail and rip off. They don't even deserve 1 star - but I can't post without it. Annoyed and disappointed customer.

Absolutely shocked by the woman’s attitude. She was bitter and rude. Not at all helpful. When I asked for help she talked down to me like I was a child. I can NOT believe that the ups store is still operating with people with that attitude! I took my business to an online print shop and actually saved money! Trying to support local but not when the attitude of the employees is so negative and harsh. Unbelievable.

I have been using UPS in Collingwood for my printing for a few years now. Businesses and rack cards to posters and small signs they do such an amazing job with quick turn around times. Francis and the team there are fun to work with and do such a great job. 5 stars all the way!

The worst customer service I have ever seen at the Collingwood UPS store. When I picked it up my packages, the lady at the UPS Collingwood store said with a big SMILE: "I sent it back to the depot. I cannot help you." It was less than 24 hours at the store. I cannot help you.

Perhaps a personality, but the management style did not provide a helpful customer service friendly experience. Abrupt, curt and unaccommodating.Not what I'm accustomed to at other UPS depots.
