“I don’t know where to start. Nad and Sal and the rest of the guys are the best car shop me or my family have ever dealt with. By far. I’d been with my last mechanic for years and despite their good reviews I hated how I was dealt with in a plethora of ways. I’m genuinely grateful that I bit the bullet and made the effort to seek out a different mechanic and found MAC. From the first phone call I was met with courtesy and accommodation, and this was further demonstrated through free examinations, transparent cost breakdowns, very fair pricing, legitimately helpful advice, and even complimentary Uber rides to and from! “I have taken my Golf to Perjad a number of times now. Some routine stuff like oil change and tire swap, and some not so routine stuff. Perjad is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars and is very trustworthy. His trustworthiness is also reflected in his pricing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially VW owners. I wish I could take my car to him more often for the routine stuff. Unfortunately I am not in town all the time. I would give 10 stars if possible. Oh and he always has Top Gear playing on the TV in the waiting room!”

“I took my car to Alex today to get a muffler delete. Right off the bat Alex helped me understand what I actually wanted. He explained to me the pros and cons and even gave me other solutions. I eventually ended up doing a muffler bypass with him and throughout the whole job Alex taught me how the whole process works. I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone else for exhaust work ever again.”

“Very honest independent shop. Took my car in for a radiator leak, and instead of trying to sell me expensive parts, he diagnosed it as a simple hose clamp issue. “Update: If something changes I’ll update this. TLDR, seats are great, wiring issue due to GM mid year changes NOT great, been waiting for a core refund to satisfy the issue. All works for now…I’ll leave this be otherwise.

Communication after delivery has been challenging. Noelle no longer answers my emails. John is hit and miss but usually fine by text.

Firstly the issues with my seats came down to them using cores from a 2005-2007….partially incompatible with 2008 and newer due to different wiring. I thought I knew everything about C6 Corvettes, but had never heard of this until I did some deep reading. So I had to do 5-6 hours of labor to swap everything with my 2010 seats. Not the worst thing in the world….but annoying nevertheless.

That’s where the $1200 core charge refund is coming from. The seats themselves are fine. Just for the money, this is extremely disappointing I guess.

“Good things come to those who wait.” - some wise man. That’s the motto with Caravaggio. John’s work speaks for itself, and communication nowadays is vastly improved. Nowadays, there is a person (Noelle) dedicated to social media/communications and it makes everything much smoother. And of course John and the team’s work speaks for itself, keep in mind it is hand made. Even the carbon fiber!

I was originally quoted 3-4 weeks for Daytona carbon seats. We ended up using core seats bought separately, this is a risky thing as you never know how good the frames/harnesses are, and sending my own seats in wasn’t an option. Sure enough we have a minor frame and harness issue, and a broken wire to the module, both typical C6 Corvette things, and nearly impossible to test for outside the car. Things were resolved by swapping the tracks/harness/modules with my OEM seats.

The entire process ended up taking 4 months over the winter and spring, not a huge deal whatsoever. Communication was superb the entire way through.

This would likely have resulted in the car being considered a write-off if not for the combined professional efforts of the Wenmar crew.”
