“Truly a class act organization. No high pressure tactics. I couldn't quite make up my mind after my initial test drive but decided to buy it after I went home. After I made up my mind and came back it took Chai no time to write up the paperwork. No extra appointments with someone else to try to upsell other services or extended warranties even if though there was an option to take one had I wanted it. The vehicle pickup was also efficient and I was out of there with the new car in less than a few minutes. Love the car.”

“I can't recommend Auto Trust Technicians enough.
I first brought in my 2009 Mazda Miata because the A/C wasn't working properly. Mike and the team diagnosed the problem correctly, explained everything clearly, and repaired it the right way. While the car was there, I also asked them to investigate a rattling noise that had been bothering me. They found it was the heat shield, secured it properly, and the rattle was completely gone. It was obvious they took the time to address all of my concerns instead of just fixing the main issue and sending me on my way.
The experience left such a positive impression that the following week I brought my sister's Jeep in for a leaking door. Once again, they found the problem quickly, fixed it properly, and had the vehicle ready when promised.
A special thank you to Mike. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding from the moment we walked through the door. He took the time to listen, answered our questions honestly, and made us feel like valued customers instead of just another repair order. By the time we left, it honestly felt like we were dealing with someone we'd known for years.
Auto Trust has the feel of an old-school independent shop where people mean what they say. The bay doors are open, everyone is working hard, and you get the sense they're genuinely looking out for their customers rather than trying to sell work you don't need.
Their pricing is fair, and I left feeling confident that they had my best interests in mind. I only wish I had discovered Auto Trust years ago—it would have saved me a lot of headaches.

Alan explained what they would need to do and rightfully recommended getting both springs replaced as well as getting an alignment done afterwards. After the replacement, I will be told that the rear brake pads are still very thick and there is no need to replace them. I can use the original brake pads and save money.
