“Highly recommend Concord Collision Centre! I recently brought my 2020 Honda Civic here for repairs and the experience was great. Cristina was super efficient, organized, and kept me updated the whole time. The team did an amazing job fixing the front bumper—the paint and alignment look perfect, just like factory quality. They also made sure the radar calibration was properly done, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Very smooth process from start to finish. Thanks Cristina and the team for the quality work!”

“Perfection. OCD. Reassurance. This is what you will receive from Chris and his team. I’m probably one of the worst client any detail shop or body shop wants to meet due to my pickiness. Not in a bad way, I just chase perfection and have been for all my vehicles equally. Just as everything with life, you live and you learn and for me, that was many expensive lessons of going to various shops for various detail/paint services and I always paid top dollar but didn’t get the fulfillment of perfection I was promised. Due to these experiences even Chris can attest to this, at first I was very skeptical with everything, not regarding Chris, but just skeptical with trusting one of my cars with someone and was afraid of disappointment once again. I visited Chris based off everyone’s testimony via google reviews and tonnes of various car forums. When I contacted him on the phone initially, one thing I appreciated the most was it was the owner himself, Chris answering. That showed me he’s on sight at work and on the phone, that alone showed his passion as I discovered throughout our 15 mins phone call. I had explained to Chris I’d be coming from a 6 year business relationship with a different paint detailer and the reason I’m contacting him is because my former detailer was not showing the same craft he once did, but also my expectations have elevated. He ended up burning through paint on one of my golden egg vehicles panels while he was performing a stage 3 paint correction. The panels affected were the targa top and hood. Every body panel was original paint, vehicle is a ‘97 Honda Del Sol VTEC is Cypress Green Pearl. It being a pearl paint colour I was super skeptical on paint match etc and my key thing was to keep as much original paint as I can. My usual bodyshop guy said he’d need to paint the whole front clip for perfection. I showed Chris and from the jump he was sooo confident in his painters paint match skills and also he was confident in finishing off the paint correction and preparing my car’s paint to her former glory. When I came to pick up the car, all I can say is Chris and the team did not disappoint. He’s earned a client for life from me. Finally someone who understands the craft and is really passionate about it. I especially appreciated him going over the paint cards with me to agree on a paint shade before painting. Thank you Toronto Car Buffing team and Chris!!”

“Car Dent Medic is truly a stress free place to get your car dent repaired. Honest and very fair price. Ray made my Subaru look like new again. Other shops that offer same services are scammers and prey on people not being totally aware of their options. Would highly recommend!!”

“In 2023 I was referred to Elite Auto Collision by a friend who is an auto insurance adjuster and a mechanic. It says a lot about this place. Not only are they really good at fixing cars but also have many years of experience. If you are deciding on a place to have your car fixed after an accident this is the place to go. I really appreciated the honest recommendations by Mario and Joe his brother and the service, and the job by the technicians they are really good. I was sold a used vehicle by a dealer which did not repair the previous damages on my car properly and now it looks brand new. I also enjoyed playing with their unofficial mascot Bruno while waiting for my car. New Edit: It’s 2026 and well it’s my third time coming to the shop. Whenever I call I can hear Mario ask me… Ya hit another pothole again?! Anyways, just kidding! This time it was a car accident. Even though I wasn’t at fault I was told by my insurance if I choose my own shop I may pay out of pocket. I still chose Elite Auto Collision. Joe really helped me through the process as it was already stressful enough and talking to insurance and other things too. I also appreciate that it was original OEM parts and Joe really helped me out and always excellent service and workmanship. It was also easy for the car rental as well they arrange the pick up and I just dropped off the car at the shop. I didn’t see Bruno the unofficial mascot I heard he’s on vacation but this time but I met Ralph he’s the sweetest.”

The bumper repair was done perfectly, and my car looks as good as new! It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the quality of their work. Thank you, Sandra and Tony, for making the entire experience so easy and stress-free. “Highly recommend Sunny and the team at Excella. Took my 2016 BMW 328i xDrive wagon in for a complete ZF 8-speed transmission service (pan and fluid change). They did an incredible, meticulous job following the strict temperature-fill procedures and gave honest, expert feedback on the internal components. It's rare to find a shop that uses German OEM parts and fluids like Fuchs oil and MANN filters. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will definitely be back for future maintenance.”

“Truly a class act organization. No high pressure tactics. I couldn't quite make up my mind after my initial test drive but decided to buy it after I went home. After I made up my mind and came back it took Chai no time to write up the paperwork. No extra appointments with someone else to try to upsell other services or extended warranties even if though there was an option to take one had I wanted it. The vehicle pickup was also efficient and I was out of there with the new car in less than a few minutes. Love the car.”

“I got the AC fixed on a very old Subaru Impreza. Same diagnostic as the dealership, used a genuine part and charged half compared to the dealership. Good communication from Timor, explained the fix with a video. Also gave good advice on an engine misfire and didn't push for a fix for it. So no complicated repairs but great value in honesty and reliability.”

“If you are looking for professionalism and quality I absolutely recommend ProColor Collision! Jayden (JC) provided attentive customer service. He was very helpful right from the first day that I brought my car in for collision repair. All my questions were answered with genuine care and concern... backed with action... Jayden did what he said he would do, there were no unexpected surprises. Jayden (JC) went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the completed service. He also shared some great tips for rust maintenance. From the moment I first sat in my newly repaired vehicle the first thing I felt and noticed was not only that the exterior was washed down fresh and clean but the interior rubber rugs, carpeting and all around the inside of my car was vacuumed, washed down and sparkling clean. I felt as though I was driving a brand new car. Absolutely Refreshing! And the time taken to complete the repairs were right on schedule. I travelled all the way down to ProColor Collision, North York from Whitby because I was referred and heard about their quality workmanship and customer care... as rough as the traffic was to get there... it was all more than worth it and I would do it again without hesitation. Thank you Jayden for taking such good care of my vehicle. I am more than happy! And You Jayden Are More Than Appreciated! Your Grateful Customer Colette”
