“I recently got into an at fault accident. TD is my car insurance company and I wasn’t comfortable fixing my car with their recommended TD auto repair shops as it had mixed to poor reviews. But then they referred me to Fix Auto one of their partnered shops which was also nearby to us. They had great reviews so I gave it a try and I’m really glad I did! I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to because my experience was great, specifically with Taylor! She was very kind, respectful and very knowledgeable, all from start to finish. The shop didn’t seem like it would rip you off, (you know those weird vibes you get from other shops). We made the appointment, dropped the car off and were seen from start to finish. We didn’t have to wait hours and were given the rundown and approximate wait time when the car could be fixed. Due to it being the holidays, we had to fix the car in the new year. Luckily it was just the bumper and no further damage. We dropped the car off Tuesday, given an estimate of Friday for pick up and actually received the car the next day (Wednesday).The car looks great! They matched the paint very well and they also gave the interior a detail. Taylor helped us with a favour we asked prior to drop off which she didn’t have to but did which shows that they go above and beyond. Overall, if you need a place to fix your car, go to Fix auto! There’s a reason they have great reviews.”

At the same time, they also took care of a cracked windshield, and sent the car next door to Midas for a brake job. They coordinated all this for me and all work was excellent. Furthermore, another small problem arose and I took the car in, and they fixed it in a few minutes and didn't charge me! I am very pleased with the work and customer service.”
