It is good for work and events pieces as well as elevated everyday items. The store has a great selection and many items are available, with staff described as super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive in finding sizes and styles. The collection itself is solid. However, experiences can vary; at busy times, staff assistance may feel lacking. The dressing rooms have been noted as filthy, with broken hooks, no benches, and some closed. The store can also be too dusty, with a noted layer of dust on surfaces. Despite these issues, it remains a convenient stop in the mall for good-quality pieces at outlet pricing and is considered a strong pick by many.

Staffs at this Boss Outlet are super nice and helpful. Many items are available and they trued to find out the size and styles I wanted that are not at the display shelves. Way better than other outlets we visited. Thanks
