“The service was great. They allowed me to go through the racks with no confrontation and took what I gave them into a dressing room so I could try them on. Needless to say everything fit. 1 hour well spent. One item that other Tommy clients noted is that the store is normally selling at less 40%. On this sale it was 30 percent less 25 percent. The savings are approximately 10%.Customers are knowledgeable and sometimes it creates a negative reaction. In closing it was a nice sale with excellent staff.”

I think personally that these are the prices that a regular Banana Republic should be at but at the same time I know that most of their fans accept a much higher price point period so I don't think that the prices are amazing here but rather what I think the fair price should be. The selection is pretty good and they often have many promotions that can stack discounts on top of discounts, and now that is definitely very good value.”

“We wanted to avoid the Black Friday madness on the actual day, so we came to shop the day before. There were already many promotions on clothing and footwear.After browsing the footwear aisles, I tried on a few pairs of running shoes, but they didn't fit right. I pulled one last pair from the sale racks along the walls, and these were much better.There were quite a few sales staff roaming around. I didn't require or ask for any assistance, so I'm not sure how helpful they are. There were a few cashiers, so the wait in the checkout line wasn't too bad. The cashiers seemed to be a friendly bunch.”

“I came to DKNY with my mother as we had to buy some things for an upcoming trip. The service we received was truly outstanding. Victor and Cheyenne went out of their way to provide many options for both my mother and I. They knew about fits, silhouettes and trends and made our shopping trip both easy and enjoyable.These days you don’t see young people going out of their way to make a connection with the older generations however these two fabulous employees made us feel like regulars. “Love their sales, great clothes for kids that are kind of in-between the kids stores and the teen stores. Jogging pants are comfy and look nice, the ball caps are always slick. I always buy all my kids pants and t-shirts for the year here, and when he was smaller he liked the thin onesie pj's.Glad they survived covid!!!As for the negative reviews I read...I find the retail workers aren't very happy to be working, but I don't blame them.
