“Love, Love, Love this location. The sales floor associates are friendly upon entry, informative on sales/promotions , clothing shelves were organized and I love how involved the store manager is on the floor. It’s really easy to find what you’re looking for plus more. Definitely my preferred location to shop.”
“In today’s world of highly critical people, fear of war and general malcontent, it is refreshing to encounter a store, Be Like Us-Blu at Vaughan Mills, that not only provides outrageous customer service but first and foremost, cares about their customers.
With that being said, I would like to take this opportunity to personally let you know about the over and above service that I received today from Mario. This is my second time in the store and my second time making a purchase with Mario. He ALWAYS makes my whole shopping experience AWESOME!

“Accidentally the security tag was left on my coat and I live over an hour from this store.
The store manager Jason came up with an excellent solution… he mailed me a new coat without the tag and a return slip for the coat with the tag still on it.

“I just love their products. My mother is over the moon about the purse that I bought her from Danier. She said that she's never seen such a beautiful purse. Like many moms, she would never spend a lot for something for herself. I'm celebrating the fact that she's still with us at 90 years old. I just got a call from UPS about her leather pants that I ordered from Danier. She's going to flip when I give them to her tomorrow. But I will just explain to her that I need her looking her best when she accompanies me to the Irish Embassy in Toronto. I want her to just stand there in Danier leather with that look why don't you just give my son what he wants.”

“Today February 20/26 I went to this store looking for a party purse. I was greeted by Sowjanya very nice customer service, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I asked her for what I was looking for and she took me to the right section. She took the time to help me, then she left to do other things, giving me the time to look on my own. Something that I like because I want to have the freedom to choose for what I want. I also had the opportunity to talk to Merry the manager/cashier, also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. With all the stress of Christmas shopping, she made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. “BOSS Outlet at Vaughan Mills is one of the best outlet stores in the mall if you’re looking for sharp, classic menswear (and premium basics) without paying full retail. The store has that clean, upscale BOSS look, and it feels organized and easy to shop compared to a lot of busy outlet locations.
What I like most is the value for what you’re getting. BOSS quality is solid (especially for suits, dress shirts, polos, knitwear, and outerwear), and the outlet pricing can make it realistic to build a proper wardrobe upgrade in one visit. It’s a great place to pick up “work and events” pieces, but also nice elevated everyday items like sweaters, tees, and accessories.
It’s also a convenient stop because it’s right in Vaughan Mills, so you can compare prices with other brands and come back if you need to think about it. Overall, if you want a more polished look and good-quality pieces at outlet pricing, this location is a strong pick and I recommend it.”

“I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work!
