“I bought two cans of paint (two different colours: white and yellow). The employee switched the labels on the cans. I didn't realize the mistake until I ran out of the white paint. I took a picture of the label on the can of white paint, went to the store, got the label scanned and had it done by a different employee. I came home with a gallon of yellow paint. I came back to see if they could try to re-mix the yellow and get it as close to the white one, but to no avail. I tried to get a refund, but they refused, even though it was their fault. Waste of $55 for a can of paint I'll never be able to use.

I DM'd the Home Depot fb page and a representative named Elena reached out to me. I explained the situation, and she issued a gift card equivalent to the value of the wrong paint given to me. She was very helpful and professional. The issue was resolved quickly, and the interaction was pleasant. For this, I take back my one-star review. Thanks Elena!”
“I’ve been popping in and out of this location for close to 20 years for small projects. Today I needed lumber and I gotta tell you Mattew got me everything I needed and priced competitively. Definitely a better choice than Rona and Homedepot. Best customer service and care I’ve experienced in the last 4 years in any retail store. Thanks again Mattew and Austin for your help.”

“Hi everyone! I just wanted to give positive feedback on Jofedane, the counter manager who helped me with my purchase. She approached me with a great attitude. Unfortunately, the other elderly lady wasn’t very professional in the way she interacted with me. I’m sorry to say this but she was a bit rude. Anyway, I purchased an M12 1/2” stubby impact wrench, and it’s a 10/10—very unique and reliable!”

“I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. He was always very communicative throughout the entire process and always onsite to supervise to ensure everything got done properly. He was truly a joy to work with. Needless to say, I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

First of all the manager was very helpful in calling the person who could help me and so was the attendant. Not only he guided me to the right product but also suggested right product to me. Even if it shows online in an isle, you go there it's not there... ask and they somehow know where it is. Buddy today was especially helpful item was up top of everything. “I've gone to many specialized plumbing stores as well as the orange big box store and couldn't find the proper plumbing adaptors to attach my new workstation sink to the existing drain. Thought I'd try Rona+ in Maple as my last resort. Lo and behold, they did not only have the fittings I was desperately looking for, but also offered a highly experienced sales rep (Michael) to help design the pieced in order to ultimately address my unique situation. This experience turned out extremely beneficial for me, as I was contemplating an elaborate project of breaking into the ceiling of my basement in order to lower the drain. A huge thank-you goes to Michael, from the plumbing department at the Maple Rona+ store. I think I'm going to make Rona my go-to DIY store.”
