“Old school Home Hardware in old school Toronto building. Old floors and narrow isles packed with as much product as they can jam in there. It's a classic Toronto experience in local neighbourhood kind of way. The folks working here are great. They will help you find what you are looking for. You can also order items that are not stocked in this store. These people actually answer the phone unlike big box stores. Overall this is a great Home Hardware Store with mostly great employees.”

“Compared to Home Depot and Cdn Tire nearby, this Rona store has the best customer service. After we asked a staff member about certain Christmas lights, the staff came looking for us to make sure we were able to find the item. This never happens at Home Depot or Cdn Tire. This Rona store is very well organized and all items are so nicely displayed. It’s such a better shopping experience than the chaos at other home hardware stores.”

“Came in here to find an item and I left feeling like I was part of the family! Needed to find some outdoor HDX garbage cans that were in the back the staff took the time to hear me out and track down what I was looking for.Bano (amazing woman and staff member) helped me with the products I needed and provided me so much valuable advice on products, service and programs (Pro Xtra); this was invaluable and something that has never been brought up with me.When I made my payment I donated a couple of dollars to a childrens initiative. When I was leaving the store with my item, my receipt was checked and the staff member that checked it thanked me so genuinely for making the donation! While I was not looking for any sort of thanks - the sincereity of the thanks was another positive sign of the people and culture at this store.Looking forward to making this my go to Home Depot as it is hands and feet apart of any of the other Home Depots I have been to!Easily accessible via TTC and a big parking lot.”

“If you're looking for a new washer and dryer, I highly recommend this Home Depot. Go look for Debra who works in this area. Home Depot is lucky to have her! Debra helped us to navigate all the different options that are out there with helpful tips and things to watch out for. While she won't tell you exactly which one to buy, she'll help you trim your choices. Our basement space is quite narrow and she was quick to point out that older and newer machines have different dimensions. As it turns out, older machines were built with a more rectangular shape (I'm paraphrasing here!) even though they appear quite square which is how we were able to fit it down our stairs. Newer models are more square so we had to be really careful to find one that would fit down the stairs to get into the basement! Debra was an absolute gem and really made the shopping experience far less stressful!Now, in general, I will say, I've never had any issues with this Home Depot. Every staff person we've ever interacted with in the store has either helped us directly or has found someone in the appropriate department who can help us figure out our home reno issues.Happy to have this Home Depot around!”

“5 star for Deepaig! I am horrible at keeping receipts so I was happy when they introduced Pro and it kept my purchase history. However, it turns out that they can’t find my purchases from my method of payment when I use Pro (ie. it says I didn’t use my credit card when I did). All this was made better by Deepaig, who is wonderfully patient and walked me through how to get my return done without hassle - I appreciate the help!”

“We ordered the Concept Design Parametric Wall Art size 40” x 70” in white MDF. The detailing in the design is flawless and the packing of both crates for the shipment was amazing! We installed it ourselves on a high wall over the staircase. Once we got the 3 panels up it was so easy to place the 68 strips. Each one is numbered! This is definitely a showpiece that we are proud to have in our home. The pictures do not do this justice as it is more beautiful from every angle. With the variation of the shadows in the daytime and with the evening lights, it takes on a whole different look. It is stunning.”
