She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. Yesterday morning at Staples, Amy provided the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. She helped me print several documents and handled everything with professionalism and kindness.
When the printer had an error, Amy took full responsibility and immediately offered to reprint all the pages without hesitation. She made sure everything was done correctly and to a high standard.

I recently visited Staples to send a package, and I had a very positive experience thanks to an employee named Ayaz. From start to finish, the service was efficient, respectful, and professional.
Although the printing and shipping area can be a bit busy, Ayaz proactively guided customers and helped keep things moving smoothly. He politely directed me to the appropriate cashier and ensured that everyone was served in an organized and fair manner. His communication was clear, calm, and helpful throughout the process.
Ayaz was patient and attentive, taking the time to explain the shipping process and answer my questions without rushing. His attitude was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience stress-free and pleasant. It was clear that he cared about providing good service and supporting both customers and his colleagues.
