On time delivery (please don’t blame them if their courier screws up).Recently I sent them an inquiry thru their Facebook page about a 600V wire that I’d like to buy. It was after hours and my intention is just to leave them a message so they can read it the following business day. I was in a panic since what I needed wasn’t available for same-day service, but the printing manager was incredibly helpful and kind! As a bride scrambling last minute, she was so kind to guarantee the sign be ready first thing the next day & took down my number in case of any issues. Luckily, she was so diligent to let me know my sign had printed blurry due to the resolution, texted me a website to fix the issue & re-printed it in time for pick up! I highly recommend their printing services here and the comfort in knowing that management will go above and beyond!!”
