Roca Hardware is a top-notch store with exceptional customer service. The staff are very professional, kind, helpful, and extremely organized. The owner is gentle, nice, and probably the most responsible person, always responding to requests in a timely manner. The store has lots of door handles, shapes, and types, with great product quality. They give excellent recommendations and advice, help with replacements and adjustments, and are always there to assist, even for last-minute needs. There is a reason it is considered the number one place to go for hardware, highly recommended by long-term customers.
