“I had a broken deadbolt lock on one of my doors (it was a fire door and my child had the bolt extended and it slammed breaking it). I reached out to Winly via email and they responded very quickly. Kevin was amazing to deal with and providing great customer service and called me to help move it along as quick as possible. I received my deadbolt latch very quickly and have been able to fix my door! This was the first issue I've had in the 12 years with the locks! Thank you so much for your help in the time of Covid! I would recommend them for sure!”
